Sakara Life Overview
Sakara Life's meals contain no meat, dairy, gluten, refined sugar, pesticides, harmful chemicals, or GMOs. In addition, the Detox Plan contains no sugars (that means no fruit!), grains, nuts, soy, or nightshades (meaning white potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, chili peppers).
While the Signature Plan is designed to help you focus and realign your eating habits, the Detox Plan is designed to cleanse, burn fat, and restore a sense of wellness.
The Detox is definitely a great option if you want to eliminate foods to determine allergies, but it's intense. The plan is completely inflexible. A good amount of your intake will be Sakara Digestive Tea, Soup or Medicinal Broth Dinners, and then there's the Sakara Beauty + Detox Water Droplets.
Their Signature Plan is so much more appetizing, but you're still locked into their weekly menu. You'll find tasty and seasonal meals such as a Mediterranean Chopped Salad with Pomegranate Molasses Dressing and Banana Pudding Parfait.

Final Thoughts
Everything is so tasty. For plant-based foods, we were so happy with the range of meals and ingredients, and the chefs for both companies create really thoughtful, flavorful meals.
Sakara Life has a much higher price tag, and we'd be willing to pay it if we thought it was a good value. But Splendid Spoon offers such a better deal.
With Splendid Spoon, you get the same benefits; meals chock full of superfoods that increase focus, boost your metabolism, replenish your energy, and more, but for a far fairer price. They also have noodles and smoothies, which Sakara Life doesn't offer.
If you're looking for a successful reset, Splendid Spoon is absolutely the way to go. The food is tasty and the price is fair!
