Final Thoughts
Although the ReSt has some great aspects like pressure point compression and customization for the 5 zones, where it lacks is that the air pump has a dull hum throughout the night (so if you're a light sleeper, it could be annoying).
The Pod Pro by Eight Sleep has way more features that provide value to your sleep and to your daily life too. The biggest one being the dual-zone heating and cooling function, keeping you comfortable all night so you'll feel well-rested in the morning. Of course, all the other features are just as amazing!
