Pencils, gels, powders, or wax. Whether you're still trying to overcome early-2000s over-plucking or just need a few finishing touches, there is a an array of products to fill your brow needs. Thanks to Cara Delevingne, Lily Collins, and a slew of other trendsetters fuller brows are here to stay. For good reason, too. In addition to wicking away sweat from our eyes, eyebrows help convey facial expressions and help frame the face.

But what's difference between all the products? A pencil is made for precise brow filling. It offers the most control of any product and it's the easiest to use. Powders work best to volumize and define brows. Use an angled brush for easy application. Gels come in mascara style packaging. They give off a very natural appearance but still hold all day long. Wax or pomades is a waterproof option. The famous "Instagram" brows are a product of brow waxes.

Here are seven brow products you can find in your local drugstore.

1. NYX Tame & Frame Tinted Brow Pomade, $7

Considered a dupe for the Anastasia pomade, the NYX Tame and Frame Tinted Brow Pomade comes in five different colors. The waterproof product promises to withstand humidity and it does a pretty good job.

2. L'Oréal's Brow Stylist Definer, $9

An ultra-fine pencil makes recreating brow hair for a precise shape a stress-free task. That's why L'Oréal's 0.5mm pencil will work for some looking for gradual shaping. Bonus: It comes with a spooly and it is a retractable pencil.

3. Milani Brow Shaping Clear Gel, $5

If you just want to tame your brows, a clear gel keeps every hair in place. Apply the gel in the direction you want your brow hairs to go and you're all done.

4. Wet n Wild Ultimate Brow Mascara, $5

5. Maybelline EyeStudio Master Shape Brow Pencil, $8

This is another retractable & spooly combo. The pencil makes it easy to create a defined brow but the wax formula helps keep your brows full and defined all day

The Brow Fantasy from Revlon is a two-step product. Use the pencil to fill, shape and define your brows. Then go back over with the sheer tinted gel to set your brows.
